The Noah talent development plan is integrated with the Company’s sustainability strategy, and effectively linked with the remuneration system, and various long-term incentive plans. Employees' remuneration is evaluated via a system which takes jobs specifications, and employees’ experience and contributions into account, while disregarding gender, ethnicity, religion, nationality, etc.
