As Noah’s business develops rapidly, we also pay heed to our employees’ physical and mental health. Based on the original statutory and commercial insurance benefits, we have established a comprehensive and multi-level employee protection system, covering all employees, including interns and contractors. We also carefully selected optional preferential protection plans for employees’ parents, spouses, and children, such as extra medical care, comprehensive accident insurance, and lifelong critical illness insurance. We also provide targeted coverage for special groups such as senior managers and foreign employees.
In 2021, Noah added the optional preferential protection plan for the employee family property protection insurance to the original coverage. We continued to improve the scope and pay attention to employees’ health while caring about the protection of employees’ family property. In addition, medical security benefits for employees and complete health care for senior managers are being continuously planned and improved.

1. Flexible working hours: permit employees to arrive at the Company between 8:45 and 9:15 a.m. and leave between 5:45 and 6:15 p.m. accordingly.
2. Communication expense allowance: provide employees with the corresponding communication expense allowance according to their ranks.
3. Business trip allowance: provide some employees with business trip allowances, rent allowance, transportation expenses for visiting relatives, and additional paid family visit leave.
4. Wedding and funeral condolence money: when employees have a wedding and funeral, provide relevant gifts and condolence money.

Workplace Safety System
In terms of organizational development, the Group’s Business Continuity Department and the Group’s Training Department have established the Noah “Little Red Man” First Aid Club, which currently has more than 130 members. The club’s purpose is to popularize and promote the concept of safety and first aid and relevant knowledge and skills among Noah’s employees and provide voluntary aid to the external in the future.
In terms of first aid facilities, the nursing room and massage room are set up on the 6th floor. An automated external defibrillator (AED) is installed on the 3rd floor of the office building to respond to emergency situations. First aid kits are available in the Administration Department (medicine expiration dates are checked regularly) to cover emergencies in the Changyanggu and Dongmatou offices.
